What we collect
(a) Details you give us when booking a call or downloading a guide: name, email, company, and anything you write in the message field. (b) Basic usage data via cookies and analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device type.
Why and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and run the meeting you booked (legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract); to send you material you requested and occasional relevant content if you opt in (consent, withdrawable any time via the unsubscribe link); to improve the site (legitimate interest, or consent for non-essential cookies).
Where it goes
We store data in the tools we use to run the business, including Salesforce and Google Workspace. We do not sell personal data. Processors are bound by data processing agreements. Transfers outside the UK or EEA are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact. Marketing consent: until withdrawn. Analytics: up to 26 months.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the ICO (UK) or the Garante (Italy). Write to info@hoshi.uk.
