Branded portals your customers and partners actually use

Hoshi Digital builds Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and communities that let your customers, partners and members self-serve - securely connected to your live CRM data.

What is Salesforce Experience Cloud?

Experience Cloud (previously Salesforce Communities) lets you build branded websites, portals and communities directly on top of your Salesforce data. Unlike a standalone website, an Experience Cloud site is connected to your CRM in real time - so a customer logging in sees their own orders, cases and account; a partner sees their deals and resources; a member sees exactly what they are entitled to. It is the front door that lets the outside world interact with your Salesforce data safely.

For SMEs, this solves a recurring problem: customers and partners constantly ask for things your team has to look up and send manually - order status, invoices, documentation, case updates, registration of a deal. Each request is small, but together they consume real time and slow everyone down. A portal lets those people help themselves, at any hour, while staying inside your branding and your security rules.

Experience Cloud also pairs naturally with Service Cloud (a self-service help centre that deflects support volume) and Commerce (an account area for buyers). Hoshi builds portals that are genuinely useful and on-brand - because a portal nobody logs into is wasted effort - and connects them tightly to the rest of your Salesforce org.

How Hoshi implements Experience Cloud

We start with the jobs your customers or partners most want to do themselves - the requests that flood your team - and design the portal around those, so it gets used from day one. We build it in your branding, connect it to the live CRM records it needs, and set up access rules so each user sees only what they should.

Where it makes sense, we wire in self-service from Service Cloud or an account area from Commerce. We test the experience from the user's point of view, not just the admin's, then launch and refine based on what people actually use. Delivery is fast and fixed-scope.

Why Hoshi for Experience Cloud

Designed around real user jobs

We build for what customers and partners actually want to do, so portals get adopted.

On-brand, not off-the-shelf

Your identity, not a generic Salesforce look.

Tightly connected

Built alongside Service, Commerce and Sales Cloud so the portal shows real, live data.

Secure by design

Access rules configured so the right people see the right things.

Experience Cloud - frequently asked questions

Is Experience Cloud the same as Salesforce Communities?

Yes. Experience Cloud is the current name for what used to be called Salesforce Communities.

How is an Experience Cloud portal different from a normal website?

A normal website is disconnected from your systems. An Experience Cloud portal is built on your live Salesforce data, so logged-in users see their own real orders, cases and account information securely.

Can customers log support cases through the portal?

Yes. Paired with Service Cloud, the portal can offer a self-service help centre and let customers log and track cases themselves.

Can I control what each user sees?

Yes, precisely. Salesforce's sharing and permission model governs exactly which records and content each user or partner can access.

Do I need other Salesforce Clouds to use Experience Cloud?

Experience Cloud surfaces data from your Salesforce org, so it is most powerful alongside Sales, Service or Commerce Cloud. Hoshi will advise on the right combination.
